Online Deployment
Nintex Automation Cloud (Muhimbi PDF Nintex Xtension)
Nintex Automation Cloud is a cloud-based platform that enables you to design workflows to automate simple or complex processes using drag-and-drop interactions without writing any code. Using the Nintex Xtensions framework for Nintex Automation Cloud, you can create Xtensions to connect to third-party platforms like Muhimbi in your workflows.

Online Deployment
Nintex Workflow for Office 365
Nintex Workflow for Office 365 (online) doesn’t support third-party workflow actions, but this doesn’t mean you can’t use Nintex Workflow for Office 365 with the Muhimbi PDF Converter for SharePoint Online. It just means that when creating Nintex workflows, Muhimbi’s custom workflow actions won’t automatically be shown.
Please read about how to use Nintex Workflow for Office 365 to convert and merge documents before continuing, as it provides excellent background information for this deployment option.
On-Premises Deployment
The PDF Converter for SharePoint ships with a large number of workflow actions for Nintex Workflow, and you can deploy PDF Converter for SharePoint On-Premises within your in-house IT infrastructure. If you currently have a Nintex workflow product in place, you can simply use the Muhimbi action. The installation package covers all license types and SharePoint editions (2007–2019 SE).
