Any customer covered by a Maintenance & Support contract can freely upgrade to new versions of our software. As we release 2 to 4 major versions each year, and several interim versions as well, it is worth renewing your contract.
Upgrading to the latest version is very simple, although there are some small points to take into account. For full details see this Knowledge Base article.
