#556 - In document libraries Short URLs point to dispform.aspx rather than the actual file

When using the context menu to create a Short URL to a file in a document library, the short URL points to dispform.aspx (view properties) rather than the actual file.

This behaviour is by design as it allows the person accessing the URL to choose to open or edit the document from this screen. A future version of the software will make it possible to choose to link to either the actual file or dispform.aspx.
