Our company makes use of 'service accounts' that are set up with a non-expiry password. This service account was given Administrative rights on the windows server where the Converter Service is running and is started & running as the service account.
My problem is that when I try to convert Excel documents it fails with the following: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC
Here is the full exception from the diagnostics tool:

at Muhimbi.DocumentConverter.WebService.DocumentConverterService.Convert(Byte sourceFile, OpenOptions openOptions, ConversionSettings conversionSettings, Boolean checkLicenseStatus) (Fault Detail is equal to TestHarness.DocumentConverterService.WebServiceFaultException).
When I modify the service to run with my userid it works fine. I see on Google searches for this error a lot of hits concerning unable to save excel documents from C#.
Any ideas of what might be missing with the service account vs my userid as far as authority is concerned? If I knew that I could have our security team update the service account for me.
