an established reseller of 3rd party software with a proven track record in the Enterprise / SharePoint market

or

a SharePoint consultancy, with a proven and relevant track record, who would like to resell our products to existing customers.

Q. What is the Muhimbi Reseller program?

A. Under this program you will be entitled to resell all Muhimbi products from your website or through your sales force in your territory. All the products will bear the Muhimbi branding and will be sold by you as a third party.

 

Q. How will I receive my discount / commission?

A. You will process the order and take the payment from your customer using your existing processes. You then place an order on the Muhimbi website using a special discount coupon code. It is up to you to either pass on the difference to your customer or take it as a profit.

 

Q. Are there any costs associated with becoming a reseller?

A. No, it is completely free.

 

Q. What are the exact reseller terms and conditions?

A. Please contact us and we’ll send it by email or fax.

 

Q. Which products can I resell?

A. You can resell any of the products listed at http://muhimbi.com/products.aspx.

 

Q. Do I have to provide any kind of technical support?

A. You can if you wish. Our tech support team can act as either 1st, 2nd or 3rd line of support. You do not need an internal technical support department.

 

Q. Can I use the content, images and other information from your website to promote Muhimbi’s products?

A. Yes, feel free to borrow as much information as you like. Please contact us directly if higher resolution assets are required.

 

Q. Do you provide any technical training to resellers?

A. At this moment we do not have a formal training program as we believe our products are self explanatory. However, we do provide detailed documentation in the shape of Administration and End User Guides. In case of any questions or issues not covered in this documentation you can always contact your Muhimbi account manager.

 

Q. Do you provide software on CD / in boxes?

A. No, we only sell digital downloads.

 

Q. What payment methods do you provide to resellers?

A. We accept wire transfers, credit cards and payment through cheques. Note that any non credit card payments may incur a delay while we wait for our bank to process foreign currency payments.

 

Q. How do I provide my customers with evaluation software?

A. You can either point your customer to our product pages from where they can click the ‘Free trial’ link or you can download it on their behalf and forward it to them by e-mail.
